In my country that car was the best brand 2 years ago,,better qualifications than mazda,toyota,ford,renault,nissan ,fiat etc,and let my tell you something,,in a poor country like mine,with a bad roads and difficult area,because my country have a difficult roads and big hills and a busy traficc not everybody cant drive in colombia because is hard ,let mi say that that tini car is really good also i have another one in tampa and is good..is a really good car for that price

Roomy interior for a 6'2 man,drives great for a smaller car, excellent gas milage,(300 to 325) on one tank- 5speed. not hard to get more performance with two simple changes, one change the air intake filter box to a (K&N)type filter and the other to change the muffler

skinny little tires,noise from one of the pulleys in the engine compartment, but everything still works at 11,000 miles. very low resell value roughly $5,300

Very good car for the money, looks very unique and drives good. I would recomend it to everyone who needs a reliable, sporty,roomy,good gas milage, general purpose car. Can be fun to drive with simple modifications.

Nice litter car, best in its class at a very good price.

Only 96 hp Max (105 to 120 would have been better!) Some cheap material used for interior but kind of similar to other Korean cars. Can’t lock the driver side door from inside (a strange safety feature!)

Very nice good looking car with great handling, can make complete turn quickly almost anywhere, very litter noise in the cabin compared to my previous car. Good power for a 1.5cc engine size. If you condition this car well especially during its first 3000-KM (go slowly on the break and the engine) and do the regular maintenance every 3000KM this car will keep you happy!

engine is so loud that when I pull into the driveway my family says that they thought that it was a big truck or a motorcycle pulling up. Squeaking brakes. Cheap hubcaps that peel by the wash. Slow speed with the air on. Makes a knocking sound when I crank it up. Rattling noise in the doors bad enough to drive a baby crazy. Poor speakers. My sterring wheel is starting to peel. The car always jerks and shake no matter what which is really embarrasing when you have people riding with you. Sorry cup holders. If you are trying to impress someone, my friend this is not the car for you.

I have had this car for 2 years now. I have had it in for service numerous times. I had a friend riding with me one day and heard my breaks squeak. He told me that it was my front breaks and that I needed to have them checked. Well I took it in to the service guy and he told me that that's how the Daewoo Company make their brakes and that they were suppose to squeak. Took it in about three months later for an oil change and the service guy said I needed my front breaks replaced. The check engine light comes on so much until it's not even funny. I took it in because of that and they told me that it came on because the gas tank wasn't closed properly. They fixed that and I got half way down the road and it came on again. They told me that if I brought it back for that problem again that I would have to pay out of my pocket.

Small( looks wise), roomy...

No power and not what I wanted

At first I didn't want the daewoo becuase I couldn't get the right after market parts for it and I wanted my old car back (a 91' honda accord SE) Anyway, Not a whole lot of power, brakes make noise, the stereo sucked so I bought an alpine stereo with Rockfor Fozgate speaker, amp and sub. (1 12)

The car was cheap.

The car IS cheap. Daewoo replaces malfunctioning components with new malfunctioning components. BEWARE!!

Have had the car two months, and: 4 faulty(new)stereos 1 broken fog light 2 bad tires 1 rear seat that came loose 2 faulty speedometers 1 faulty turn signal switch 2 previously damaged spare tire covers 1 faulty window motor 1 faulty master cylinder 2 key fobs that deprogrammed themselves 1 non-functioning horn $300 worth of body damage while in service Back door handle would not work, bent rod. Need I say more?

Good cas mileage: 22-26MPG (city)/ 24-29 (highway), lots of room in trunk, lots of legroom.

Not a whole lot of power. Defroster could be better at times.
