Strength:

I can't really think of any

Weakness:

The price! Also everyone makes fun of me because I'm driving a RICE BURNER!!!

This car is okay I believe I spent way to much money. Now that I think about it I could of gotten something a lot nicer for a lot cheaper.

Strength:

Great Handling, good acceloration, and awsome looks

Weakness:

more power especially because all of the cheap cars are reaching the horsepower this one has

First Off I would like to say that I really like this car. I have owned it for about 4yrs and I have had only a few problems with it. It was not as fast as I thought but it definately handles well. I think that this is one of the cars that I have that will last me a lifetime if taken care of well. I also think that for the most part it is a very attractive car. I think that I would be happy if I can get this car running to the full potentional. Right now I have an ABS problem that needs fixing, also the inside shifter panal needs to be replaced too. But overall I am very happy with the car.

Fantastic car, great response, handling, styling. Solid Honda manufacturing contributes to the reputation (I had a 1989 Prelude and put over 150,000 miles on it). I have owned 4 Hondas over the past 10 years and will continue to buy Honda automobiles. I currently own a 2001 Prelude and a 2000 S2000.

In regards to red-neck Marc, if you want to compare your Camaro to a Honda product, put it up against my 2000 Honda S2000. This is a true sports car, it offers power and handling. The Crapmaro you drive has HP and that's all it offers. Will it still be functional in 5 years? i doubt it. Put it on a winding road against my S2000 and we'll see who gets to the finish line first. The problem with Camaro/Mustang owners is they are truly red, white and blue people...blue collar, white skin, red neck.

The Prelude has it all and it's got a sophisticated, sleek look to add to it

Weakness:

The backseat is clearly there to give you a break on insurance!

I managed to catch a brand new prelude before they stopped making them. I got it in the Electron Blue which is a sweet color. My last car was a Toyota Tercel so I more than doubled my HP with a Honda Prelude. My god, the prelude handles unbelievably and is probably the smoothest car i've been in. Take it over 100mph and you still feel like you're sailing. And taking these tight turns at 45-60mph is awesome. I don't even have the SH model which i did want but couldn't swing the payments. Maybe compared to a tercel, anything would have been an improvement though. My parents had an accord that lasted like 12 years, the only car they've had that lasted more than 5 years, with practically zero problems. Ever since, i've wanted a Honda and the prelude is terrific. I can't believe they're stopping production on this fabulous car.

Compared to a little ol tercel, mercury cougar, mustang, eclipse, celica, accord, civic. The Prelude can smoke them all. The area I live in, the people are the rudest and the stupidest drivers you will ever come across. Most people here drive all those cars above and i could never do a thing with a Tercel so I had five years of total abuse from these drivers. Now with the prelude, i'm killing everyone here and boy does it feel good!

Strength:

Great torque; tons of after market accessories; just looks darn kewl!

Weakness:

Back interior and trunk are too small

I had to be talked into buying this car by my husband and I have not regretted it one day since then. I have owned a Supra, Celica and 2 Z-28's and this is the funnest car of all. It handles superbly! One piece of advice, don't get the auto in this car. You have to have the five speed. That makes all the difference in the world.

Strength:

Comfortable, great visability, fast

Weakness:

Small back seat.

I loved my Prelude. I put over 230,000 miles on it with very few problems, all the while it was as fast and nimble as the day we bought it new. When it finally started to have regular problems, I got a 98 Accord (married now). Any Takers for the Prelude?
