Strength:
Awesome styling, comfortable seats, 155 HP 4 cylinder that offers great gas mileage, Cool instrument panel. There are so many strengths!
Weakness:
Some of the interior parts are painted silver to resemble aluminum, but they actually look cheap YES! This is an awesome car for the price. The RS is the basic model and comes standard with power windows, locks, air, AM/FM/CD, theft immobilizer engine, and it is a GREAT looking car too!!!! Similar Products Used: Saturn SC2. The Eclipse far beats the Saturn SC2. The Eclipse handles better and things fit better with no rattles on the Eclipse |

Strength:
i love the car!!!! what more could you want. very powerful, handles very well, first car i have ever had up to 140mph, and still handled well.
Weakness:
small back seat, but hey i don't have children so who cares. i would definitly recommend this car to a single person, not planning on having children and/or having to transort very many people. i feel the price was reasonable. i would recommend a v6 manual--that's what i have! if i could i think i would go with a spyder. The style of this car is amazing. When I first saw it I had to have it. Fun to drive and it handles well. Fast for a four banger. I race the car constantly in high rpm range and it still runs good although I go through brakes fast. Great for aftermaket mods but the turbo version is better. Its a great change from all the Hondas and Acuras.
Weakness:
Wish I got the turbo version. I paid $18,000 and I am very happy with it although with a turbo kit it will be much better. I don't recomend this car to adults but its a fun teenager car. I have had it for over a year and no major problems yet. With the way I race it I am surprised. Similar Products Used: None |

Strength:
It's a very nice looking car. Lots of fun to add things too. I put a blue neon light in the back and it really adds to the nice color I got. It's the Amazon blue that really makes it look nice. I have a crome logo on the window, and crome windshield wipers.
Weakness:
Easy to rust. You cant see any on it yet but you can tell its starting. Most other models that I've seen are rusted out. Easy to dent. The metal on this car is so thin. It also has engine problems and the back seat is just for looks. If you need to drive more than 2 people you are screwed. I got a great price on the car so my Value Rating is high. I would by a new Mitsubishi because now they have there act together and they still make great looking cars. Overall this car is just for looks. Similar Products Used: none |

Strength:
Easy car to drive fast in the corners, AWD, excelent for the begining or intermediate sports car driver, well balanced, good racy looks, good traction, power, torque, can be an fast and great handling sports car if modified right, much rarer and unique than your average rice burnered out Honda or Acura
Weakness:
lots of sqeaks and rattles, poor build quality, front suspension sometimes makes a clunking noise when the steering wheel is turned at low speeds, turbo whines excesively when engine isn't warmed up, must use 92+ octane, stereo is placed in a bad position-hard to reach buttons/tapes/cds, no legroom if your over 5'10"(interior prevents me from driving harder around turns more than the car's actual performance) great car for those who are under 5'10", want to modify/race it, and can handle a little less build quality than say a honda, nissan or toyota. Great car. Very Fast, great handling. I was able to get big HP gains with only "Bolt-On" mods. I love the look on the face of the guy you are passing. I wonder how bad it feels to watch a car that costs about 1/2 the amount of yours go whizzing by ? They really get twisted when they find out you only have 4 cylinders !
Weakness:
The car looks so good, you are afraid to park it in a lot of places. I have a 4 door everyday car for that. There is no car that comes close in this price range. I have had no problems with it at all. As with all cars of this type, a little extra maintenance is required. If you want a car that you never have to open the hood, this is not the type of car for you. Perhaps a nice beige mini van would be a better choice. Similar Products Used: Z28, Trans-Am. The Z28 was a nice car, but did not handle like the GST. |

Strength:
Smooth, solid great sounding power
Weakness:
Big blind spots, small mirror field-of-view - lane changes and backing up are harder than they need to be, but then again, just go faster and don't worry about it! I bought it with the Premium package and have been impressed at every level so far. Not quite as much power as the 300ZX, but the price tag tells that tale as well. More comfortable ride than the 300ZX or the Cavalier, better in every aspect than the Grand Am. Similar Products Used: 96 Chev Cavalier, 99 Pontiac Grand Am, 85 Nissan 300ZX Turbo |

The color (White)
Weakness:
I wish it had more power from factory so I could play with the 5.slows and Z-28s out there. (Maybe with a little nitrous) For the 15k I paid I should gotten a GSX or something better than a non turbo. I dont recommend it to people that like to have a golf bag and sound system in the trunk. It wont fit trust me. I always use my back seat for my golf clubs. Girls love the car though. Similar Products Used: I had a 96 V6 Camaro and I should of kept it, I miss my T-tops. The Camaro's clutch and engine felt a lot more healthy than my eclipse. |

This car is fast and looks really sharp. It came stock with a 7 speaker stereo that is very good. The seats are very comfortable and I have pleanty of head and leg room. (I'm 6'1")
Weakness:
The visibility out the back is not good. Small windows and mirrors make the car look great, but it's kind of a pain backing up. I really like the car so far, but I haven't had anything go wrong with it yet. Most new cars are nice like that, but this car is a true blast to drive. The looks I get in the car help too...:) Similar Products Used: I used to own a 1997 Camaro with the V6 and this blows it's doors off. A friend of mine has a 1999 Grand Prix GTX and my car is faster than his. He paid about 5 grand more than me too. |
