200sx sentra w per pkg
Strength:
Good gas mileage, sporty, race interior
Weakness:
original engine was hard on pick up if you wouldnt let it warm up first.. Its a cute little car.. I had a 98 sunfire and was used to the pick up, but this car does just as well, and even faster. Sporty, good gas mileage. I have only had it a few months and so far no complaints, for the price I paid and with 50k on it, i travel a lot and have put some miles on it for the time I have had it, but I have had no problems riding it rough on the highways. I race cars, and since have put a new engine and changed the pedals and couldnt be happier! Similar Products Used: step below altima, but just as nice. |

Sentra Hatchback Coupe
Strength:
35 MPG and it runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs and runs!!!
Weakness:
Small Just rolled to 180,000 miles and I still drive it with no problems. Tires, brakes, struts, and oil changes for the 4 years I have owned it, is all I have done. And they have improved reliability? How? Similar Products Used: None |

Strength:
Runs very fast, excellent car!
Weakness:
None whatsoever! This is a GREAT car!! It runs well, has a good engine and very reliable. It took me a while to get such a great car, but now that I did, it was definitely worth the wait. Being a college student and a first time car owner, I was very skeptical in buying a pre-owned car. But the sentra has been rated as such a reliable car that I thought it had to be good. Everything so far has been a dream with this car! Similar Products Used: None |

SE-R Spec V
Strength:
Engine, suspension, transmission, rims, interior (especially since they decided to do away with the titanium look gauges and removed the SE-R emblem from the tach.) Stut tower bar
Weakness:
Transmission can be sort of difficult before it warms up. Those stupid plastic arm rest and center conscel, there is no padding on them just a piece of plastic.)Rear speakers, if you like to listen to them load and did not purchase the rockford fostgate system replace the back speakers. I replaced mine with an Alpine component set. Before I bought this car I test drove the Subaru Impreza WRX, Mazda MP3, Ford Focus SVT. I found the Nissan to be the best deal, especially since Nismo is going to come to America. That means excellent performance parts (turbo, exhaust, intake...etc.) that will not void the warranty. Sure the Subaru has 227hp, but it cost over 23K. All around a good car with only a few quarks. A lot better then what I was driving before and I enjoy having a six-speed. The red gauges look good at night. Some people will not like the seats, but I found that after tinting the windows if makes the interior look nicer. Similar Products Used: Ford Focus ZX3 |

Strength:
Everything.
Weakness:
Nothing - but I wish I had the SE-R brakes. Five speed, four door, Aztec Red (glad to see that the color is back on the SER''s)Has over 300,000 hard miles on it. My last every 60,000 mile compression check shows all four cylinders at 186 psi. Changed the clutch once (didn''t really have to). Just put another 600 miles on it last week and got 48 mpg. Have used Mobil 1 since 3,000 brake-in. Change every 15,000 miles. Might have something to do with the performance of the car. Has a lot of power for 1600cc - no problem cruising at 75 and above when possible. What else can I say -- 1,300 miles at one sitting in one day. Two Ferraris between Dallas and Ft. Worth in traffic and bested them both (should be ashamed of doing that, but it did happen -got between their own contest). Lots of dirt roads, etc. I''ve had over 15 cars in the last 35 years, and this one is absolutely the best. Similar Products Used: Mazda - No contest. |

Strength:
Engine.
Weakness:
Not sure yet. I have been driving pickup trucks for the past 6 years. I needed a change, and I drove the Protege5 great handling but no power and the civic, which I have owned, what the hell is up with Honda? The SE-R 5sp hit the spot. Hit has plenty of pep, comfort, quietness, and sporty looks. Just what I needed to feel like the days when I owned an CRX Si. I''m not ready to settle on a baby boomer SUV, I want to stay youthful and the SE-R hits the spot at an affordable price. This is a real consumer review not someone who works for a magazine which are sometimes full of S#!$ for politcal puroses. Similar Products Used: None |

Strength:
Engine, A/C, acceleration (for such a little engine), paint..... It just keeps on running strong.
Weakness:
A little noisy on the highway This is an amazing little car. It has 112,000 miles on it and it the engine runs like it did the day I bought it. It has been very cheap to keep with only minor items being replaced. I actually need a bigger car now, but I find it hard to trade this one in. Similar Products Used: Toyota Celica, Nissan Sentra |
