Strength:
excellent low end torque, beautiful styling, symplistic styling inside.
Weakness:
low to ground, must be very careful not to scrape bottom, transmission does not react smoothly to gear down. tremendous sports car value, more horsepower for your money than any other sports car. Similar Products Used: 1996-1999 formula fireird, 1999-2003 chevy corvett year 1996 |

Strength:
Good strength, strong engine, strong transmission. Do all your service all time and the car will keep alive!
Weakness:
Too hughe for city traffic, for u-turns etc. (Does not depend on female drivers, I ride a motorcycle too!) Too small inside fot that hughe body! I am since 1 year in the States and this is my first American car I´ve been driven. I like the body and the T-Bar is great! I know that the car must build inside for short peoples only because you don´t have not much space for your feets and how much you can see outside and in the mirrors is terrible. But I bought it and I keep it! Similar Products Used: none |

Strength:
LS1 engine is very powerful
Weakness:
Body too long/wide Terrible view from the inside Interior is prehistoric-seats uncomfortable Handles like a truck rattles galore awful in traffic-huge car not a smooth car-feels like you're driving an engine, not a car gas mpg is horrific-avg around 15mpg Great engine. Crappy car. If straight line performance is absolutely all you care about and you're willing to sacrifice ride, comfort, quality, and enjoy bulk, than this is your car. Otherwise look elsewhere. Yes, this car is very fast but speed isn't everything. Besides the engine this car feels like it was engineered during the renaissance. It provides no feel or reponse to the driver. And I don't know about the delusional guys that say these things get good gas mpg. Maybe if you never take it over 25mph. You can use up a whole tank of gas in a weekend driving in this thing. I averaged about 15mpg in mine. |

this car has an awesome 2nd-3rd gear stretch, and on the freeway i can drop it into 2nd and evn out accelerate a corvette with that charger under the hood. many gt owner has cried...lmmfao my favorite saying:OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE MUSTANGS
Weakness:
had to replace a few things, alternator, water pump, it has all the normal camaro squeaks and shakes....what do you expect? it needs to be on a track! talk about fast and furious.....i go through brakes and tires like its no big deal. this is by far and away the best car i have ever owned. she is still in mint condition, low miles, and i dont care what anyone says ...that 3.8l v6 rocks....i cant count the number of ponies and wannabe souped up lawnmowers i have smoked, with just my lil ol SUPERCHARGED sleeper. Similar Products Used: i also have a 1968 super sport 350/powerglide that is fast as hell....but for a showstopping, heartbreaking ride i cruise the 97 |

Strength:
- Insane power - Incredible gas milage for a 360hp motor - Reliable as I daily drive it, and have had very little trouble other than normal wear items
Weakness:
- small back seat, okay for kids.. adults get cramps after an hour (who cares, its a sports car) - rearend is only good to about 450-500hp launching on slicks. I bought my car new in august. This car is insane, it came modified with a few extra goodies. It sounds incredible!! In 6th gear I got 28-29mpg on the way home from rhode island with it. In that time I beat a lightning on the way. This car is not for the faint hearted. The interior is much better than people mention. I'm 6'2" and its not uncomfortable to me. It takes a little getting used to though, because its like a cock pit. I also have owned a 94 model in the past, and an 85 model (my first camaro, p.o.s. beater). They ran so well I decided to continue buying them. My 94 was my car when I was 17 and stupid. I beat the holy living hell out of that car. I sold it with 140k miles on it, and it still ran ilke the day I got it. This car is still being driven today!! These motors can really take a beating. Just take a look at the 200k+ mile caprice police cars (same motor). You really can't beat the car for the price. With a few modifications (heads/cam/headers) this car can wax just about anything on the road (vipers, ferraris, lambo's).. reliably.. and efficiently (Gas milage) In my opinion the ls1 is the best muscle car yet. It is also the same EXACT motor in the corvette. My dyno'd 310rwhp (damn near 360hp) bonestock. Do not be fooled by chevys low ratings.. buy one and dyno it yourself and find out! Strength:
What about my car isn't one. Even the little V6 I have in it is pretty strong (I've beat a 5.0 Mustang in it and a V8 Camaro)
Weakness:
I only wish I had a Z28, but other than that...she's perfect....no problems. I also got ripped off on the price...but that's the dealership and my stupidity. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR. To me, this car is perfection. It handles great, acceleration is awesome, and it's beautiful. Not only do I get the appreciation of guys who know there stuff about cars, but the envious looks of the girls adds on the the pride I have in my car. The interior is so comfortable and the many different features inside help it be more 'user friendly.' It still has the muscle car feel to it as well. If you're into an awesome, fast car but you want some luxury to it as well, this car would be perfect for you. |

Strength:
over all this car was the best car that we had so far. No problems with the engine or tranny.
Weakness:
we had to relace the shifter cable and relace the driver side door(NOT EASY TO FIND FOR 1991 RS) Totaled the car because I hit the back end and would cost more to fix than we paid for the car WATCH OUT FOR GAURD RAILS and CHAIN LINK FENCES! LOL My dad had owned this car before and on my 16th birthday gave it to. I had been driving by myself for less than a month and totaled in school parking lot.(LOL) I wouldn't suggest giving a car with a 305 trottle body injecting V8 to someone who love the speed unless they can handle it at the right time.
