Alot like the one gentleman in previous review mine also says hit me!So I keep it in my garage most of the time except when my husband askes me to go somewhere for him.Because he has a hard time fitting in the car seeing that he is 6'5" its alittle small for him.HaHa! Iguess you could say thats a good thing , because that means that mine doesn't get used that much.Being that it's a25th Annaversary edition they could have put standard 8cyl. Intead of a 6 cyl.biggest downfall. My car was bought for me as a gift,Great car , wouldn't give it up for the world only because It's such a nice looking car I get comments all the time when i do take it out , It's just to bad that chevy took it off the assem. line.tobad so sad for those of you that don't own one Thanks Similar Products Used: Buick Skylark 86 /76 Cadilac sadan & 76 Fleetwood |

Insane power acceleration is awesome handling is good awesome at the track even stock pulling 12-13's reliable (never been in the shop once) True muscle car looks Stock stereo system is great T-tops :) Very comfortable (the driver and front passenger)
Weakness:
fish tails in snow all the time(which isn't neccesarily bad!!) The Camaro is an excellent choice for your dollar. It has insane speed and acceleration, everytime I use it I feel like I'm being pulled to the back of my seat. Acceleration onto the high way is great. The car jults and you feel the full muscle car effect. The camaro is way better then then any mustange period. This car is so much fun to drive, it makes driving any other car seem like a chore. Never get a crappy import they suck horribly they just don't have the power or displacement to beat an American muscle car. My camaro sounds awesome especially after I bolted on a Borla exhaust system. I highly reccomend geting the V-8. I could go on forever about this car, Theres nothing really bad about it. When driving this car you must remember one thing, It was built for speed. Similar Products Used: 1992 Corvette |

WIMPY Rear (7.5" 10 bolt used since 1982) Unreliable- dealership sees it more than me. Crap Interior- looks like it's made out of rat fur. Annoying squeaks and rattles- from all the junk plastic used in the interior. Hi if your interested in buying a Ls1 Camaro my review is very fair and honest. My Camaro is a 02 With a 6 speed t56 transmission (no charge) and a LS1 (Corvette Motor) that comes with the Z28 upgrade and SS upgrade model. It has no power windows, no power locks, just a top of the line radio with CD player. I have to admit the car is very fast for stock, there isn't much out there stock that can keep up with it unless you buy exotic. When the car had 400 miles on it the rear end (differential) went on it, it was brought in three more times after that to have the differential serviced, finally after not being able to fix it right they put a whole new assembly in. Now the pinion seal constantly leaks, the power steering pump just died, the car rattles and squeaks with only 30,000 miles. Now might i remind you this car has been stepped on once in a while, but hardly enough to cause these problems. Overall the engine and transmission are the only pluses on the car, it's uncomfortable,(im 6ft 280lbs) unreliable, and overall chevy sucks when it comes to service with this car, all they do is acuse you of abusing the car if something goes wrong. Not to mention my rear window defogger went that i paid a 175 dollars for- please explain to me how you break a rear window defogger from abusing the car? thought so. Don't buy the car if you live in an area like i do where the weather changes dramatically from season to season. (lots of snow, whatever) unless you don't mind it sitting in the garage and not driven. Although it is incredibly fast on acceleration, mid range, top speed, and loads of torque. The car overall is just not worth it. Similar Products Used: 1985 Iroc Z28 (5.0) TPI 1990 Trans am Formula (5.0) TPI |

Weakness:
weight distribution trunk space limited vision my cars a magnet.. it says HIT ME factory alarm always going off the camaro has always caught my eye and i fell in love with this car when i test drove it. its a automatic v6 (yeah yeah, i know), with all the bells and whistles. an over all great car. i wanted to thank gm for the safety specs on the car. my life was saved thanks to this boat. however, the hydroplaning at 75 mph was not exactly fun or slamming into a tree. thankfully it was in my back end and i was spared. the accident cost my insurance over $8000 (i wish it had been totaled). but the car is in much better condition than it was before my accident thanks to an camaro/trans am collision specialist. he did excellent work on my car and i am extremely satisfied. my word of advice is to keep a sand bag (maybe a few) in the back of the car and not letting it under 1/2 tank of gas. the weight distribution in camaros is rediculous, something like 70/30. if raining, even sprinkling, keep your car out of the rain. i have seen/heard too many camaros wrapped around trees and i never thought i would join the club. CHEVROLET is an AMERICAN trademark. LS1 motor extremley powewrfull with a massive amount of potential. The style of the car is unbeatable. Classic American throw you back in your seat sensation.
Weakness:
None I'm just responding to a few of the people who are rippin' the camaro in favor of Japanese imports. Although I do respect the people who hop these cars up, the majority of these people try to be something they are not!! Just because their Honda Civic (which was probobally mom or dad's car at one time) has a coffee can exhaust, it doesn't make it fast. A stock Honda civic has got to be one of the slowest cars around. Take a stock Z/28 against a Honda civic and the Z/28 will make the little wannabe look stupid. These import racers are pouring thousands of dollars into their imports in order to hang with a stock Z. This just proves my point that imports have to put thousands of dollars in their cars to do what we can do with a stock showroom Z. AMERICAN cars are still king of the hill. Also if we matched dollar for dollar what ricers put in their car, they would be to scared to race beacause they would get their doors blown off. Bottom line: Put up or shut up |

Gas mileage I loved the way it sounded!!! so powerful, so I took it for a test drive, and it was pretty quick, so he said hed sell it to me for 4,000$ but i talked him down to 3,000$ so i felt it was only right to buy it. I bought it and fell in love, it was a police pursuit highway patrol camaro, so its got all the goodies, i love it, so fast and beautiful at the same time |

bad highway speed acceleration from 40 mph + dash boards in most camaros crack. no rear deffoger for hatchback. i recently bought a 91 camaro rs 305 tbi with stock body effects and flowmasters exhuast. the only mods i have made is in putting in a new KN filter which has added around 10hp to the car which is already pushing 210.
