This car is hot. I drove it off of the dealership with only 2 miles on it in 1997 and had it since then. It is a 30th anniversary Z28 edition. It has an LT1-350 5.7L V8 engine with 310hp. It is red cayenne metallic and has neutral leather seats with 30 and the camaro flag engraved in each seat. It has T-tops, a 12-disc CD player, 500 watt, 8 speakers and a subwoofer. With nothing better playing in it than Dokken, Queensrhyche, Triumph, Journey, Dio, and like many others. It is mint. Get this, it only has 2,476 miles on it. That's awesome for a 97'. It looks brand new and still has that new car leather scent. It was a great investment. And no one better to drive it but me. A tall, 137lb, tone, curvacious, long haired brunette, blue eyed seducive little hottie.

This car is awesome. I have the z28 body kit on there with the upgraded spoiler,hood and wheels. It's a head turner and a lot more powerful than I thought for a 3.8L.

Obviously the biggest strength is the brutal power of the car. Steering is very responsive and the corners well. (Much better than the Mustang) The Monsoon system really kicks and has a high quality of sound. ( Speakers do not pop and rattle like they did on my Mustang) Seats are very comfortable and the interior is quiter than on the Mustang. Also, there are no rattles or squeaks that I can here of yet, wish I could say the same for the Mustang. Camaro seems to be put togeter much better than the Stang. (Also, Trans. does not clunk, unlike the Ford Mustang)

Hump on the passenger side floor and the doors are big and heavy, other than that have not found any strong weaknesses. Love the car.

Just recently traded my 2002 Mustang GT on this vehicle, and could never be happier. The Camaro has more power, believe it or not overall beter ride, and just feels like a real sports car. No comparison in my opinion.

What's with all the people on here hating on japanese cars? (see reviews below) I respect american and japanese cars for the things they each do best, but some of you have a blind almost bigotry like hatred towards imports. It's people like you that inspired me to make my sleeper (93 civic hatchback, gutted interior, engine swap, turbo w/ 14psi boost, 260hp in a 1500 lb car now runs low 12s) It aint the fastest car out there, and it never will be, but nothing is better than smoking a cobra or a Z when the driver is with their girlfriend, and watch them flip an illegal uturn, or just look at me in shock and ask me what I did! It's also a nice little money maker too ;) Thats something you will never get from american muscle cars, because everyone expects you to be fast. Your Z28 just beat an accord, what an accomplishment. The surprise, shock, embarassment, curiosity that you deliver to people in a sleeper is priceless. It's all about being the underdog.

Best car ever. Nothing else like driving an american muscle car. Jap cars suck. Little pieces of crap that break a front axle if you do so much as add 5 hp. I will never buy a jap car. This car is awsome. Great excelleration, great top end power, powerful sound, and looks from everybody especially chicks.

From top to bottom, this car is average. Of course it has great looks and is very fun for the most part, but you have to really feather the gas at start. It seems to have a constant coil problem causing a mis-fire. When I bought it, the owner said that was the only problem it has ever had, then the coil gave me problems shortly after...The T-Tops leak a little in the rain but not bad at all and usually only in a heavy downpour.The headlights from 99 I believe and newerare much more stylish than older models. This car is definitely not for everyone, but it is for me and I like it overall.

Too much power, way faster than stangs and imports, when modified, kills vettes and vipers, and a hot little number for all the chics to look at and fall in love with.

Ok, first of all, a real muscle car considered by emissions has to have 300hp and over to start, so that excludes stang gt's, preludes, and all the rest of that import crap. This car has beaten countless fart cars(Imports) and modified cobras. I hate snakes and with this camaro, I KILL THEM ALL. EVEN DODGE VIPERS. U just can't touch this car, even all u british wimps with your proper handling and rpm performance crap. Thats why we won the war boys. America rocks! Not Japan or britain.
